Burger King Team Member

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving delicious food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders; Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately; Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards; Ensure food freshness, proper portioning, and presentation; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant; Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed; Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously; Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours; Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations; Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
