Business Operations Team Lead

Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The SSI team, part of Fever Originals, builds, manages, and scales Fever's portfolio of recurring live experiences (immersive shows, concerts, and theatrical formats) across more than 100 cities worldwide. The Team Lead is embedded in the regional office, owns the operations of the region and its portfolio of live experience IPs, and is accountable for their expansion, quality, and profitability in the market.

Responsibilities

Own the Operational P&L for your region across all active IPs (revenue, costs, gross margin); Expand the IP portfolio into new cities by identifying venues, negotiating with local partners, and launching new markets; Adapt global IPs to the local market (production format, casting, logistics, programming); Drive continuous improvement in ratings and customer satisfaction; Grow add-on revenue streams (merchandising, upsells, F&B, brand partnerships); Monitor and own operational KPIs (occupancy rates, audience ratings, capacity launch efficiency, gross margin per show); Ensure adherence to Fever's operational guidelines and processes; Collaborate with Growth on capacity planning, marketing strategy, and pricing; Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions; Lead a team of 6 to 12 Project Managers and Producers; Set goals, run 1:1s and performance reviews, and develop team members' skills and career paths; Represent the region in cross-functional forums and global IP strategy discussions

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in operations, general management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment; Owned P&L and driven results; Strong analytical skills and comfort with P&L analysis, KPI monitoring, and data tools; Proven team management experience leading teams of 6–12 people; Operational rigor, detail-oriented and process-minded; Strategic mindset; Strong communicator across all levels and functions; Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with ambiguity and full ownership; Native or highly fluent English
