Care Assistant

CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to the local people of York, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. We proudly deliver reablement care in partnership with the NHS. This means you'll work with same clients over a six-week period, supporting their recovery and rehabilitation journey. You'll build meaningful connections, witness real progress and be part of something truly rewarding. As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care.

Responsibilities

Support people to stay independent in their own homes; Provide personal care with dignity and respect; Offer companionship and reassurance; Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtimes; Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team; Support clients' recovery and rehabilitation journey

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence; naturally caring and compassionate; reliable and committed; eager to learn
