Care Assistant

CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to the local people of York, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. We proudly deliver reablement care in partnership with the NHS. This means you'll work with same clients over a six-week period, supporting their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

Support people to stay independent in their own homes; Provide personal care with dignity and respect; Offer companionship and reassurance; Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtimes; Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence Required; Flexible availability for full time, part time, evenings and weekends; Naturally caring and compassionate; Reliable and committed; Eager to learn
