We are actively recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users at Waterside Court Extra Care Scheme.

Location: Loughborough

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shifts available: Range of shifts available

Responsibilities

Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartments; Offer companionship and reassurance; Provide a reassuring presence and build meaningful, day-to-day connections; Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtime support; Work closely with an on-site, dedicated care team, ensuring continuity and quality of care; Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivity; Respond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme; Encourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life

Requirements

Naturally caring and compassionate; Reliable and committed; Eager to learn (with our full training and support)
