Care Manager (7am -3pm)

As a Caregiver, you are the heart of that mission—providing hands-on support while building meaningful relationships that brighten every day.

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care; Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes; Promote safety, dignity, and independence; Engage residents through conversation and daily activities; Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment; Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; Age 18+; CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain); Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
