Meeting and greeting each visitor to RHS Garden Rosemoor with a targeted welcome, including information on joining the RHS to all non-members; Covering evening shifts during RHS Rosemoor Glow; Providing an engaging welcome to RHS Garden Rosemoor; Ensuring guests make the most of their visit; Driving standards in customer service with a focus on sales and promoting repeat visitation; Interpreting the calendar of events to visitors; Maintaining a tidy and efficient work area; Working with EPOS systems and tablets
