Child and Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

Provide therapy for youth and families; Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation; Maintain 25+ (full-time) sessions a week; Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team; Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches; Complete some case management & administrative tasks

Requirements

Master’s in a behavioral health field; Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.); Experience working with children, teens, and families; Strong clinical documentation and communication skills; Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems; Ability to pass a background check

Nice to have

Supervisor-eligible; Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities; Familiarity with local community resources
