Child and Adolescent Therapist MD License - LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT

As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You'll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you'll be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers; Build meaningful relationships with patients and families; Support engagement in treatment and educate patients and families on therapeutic approaches; Work alongside an interdisciplinary team; Provide compassionate, evidence-based care

Requirements

Active Maryland license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT; 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients; 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience; Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends; Passion for family-centered, high-touch care
