Complex Care Assistant

We are currently looking for experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to support our client with complex care needs in his home in Burton Latimer. Our client has Motor Neurone Disease, he lives with his wife and they have a small pet dog in their home. As a Care Assistant working within this care package, you will provide a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

Provide a high standard of care; Tracheostomy care; PEG for medication and feeding; Ventilator management; Moving and handling; Suction and cough assist; Catheter care; Supporting daily routines

Requirements

Caring; kind; patient-focused; strong communication skills

Nice to have

care experience; complex care experience; appropriate clinical experience
