We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Bloomington location (1514 W Market). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and with a smile.

Responsibilities

Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Bloomington area; Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times; Maintain accurate delivery records and customer information using company systems and GPS navigation tools; Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns; Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly; Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately; Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior; Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle; Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered; Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposes; Ability to pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check; Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset; Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge; Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items; Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service; Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication
