Domino's is hiring operating partners to run a store as a leader. The role involves running a business of $1-2 million within a 43-store franchise, with responsibility for cost, inventory, cash control, customer relations, staffing, scheduling, marketing, and profitability. Candidates should be natural leaders with sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, people management insight, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Run a store as an Operating Partner, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations; be responsible for everything that happens during your shift; follow all policies and procedures and set the example for the crew; staffing; paperwork submission; food management; scheduling; maintaining image standards; store cleanliness; marketing; profitability; direct activities and lead the team; greet customers and take orders; operate, clean, and maintain store facility and equipment; prepare product to Domino's specifications; receive and process telephone orders to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

Sound judgment; business acumen; empathy; people management insight; ability to multitask; ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner; enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality; willingness to take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork; navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a delivery area; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; ability to make correct monetary change; comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; must be 18 years of age; valid driver's license; access to an insured vehicle for delivery; must pass a Criminal Background Check; ability to stand for most of the shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs
