Responsibilities

Provide clinical care to residents; Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents; Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards; Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care

Requirements

Empathetic; Previously worked in an aged care home; A real desire to make a difference in people's lives; The ability to build and develop rapport with residents, their families, and visitors; A nursing Diploma; Current AHPRA registration; Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
