Entry Level Automotive Technician - FT

This role is a great entry point for technicians looking to gain experience, earn ASE certifications, and advance into higher-level mechanic roles.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and light repair work on fleet of newer vehicles; Oil and fluid services; Tire changes, rotations, basic repairs, and other routine maintenance tasks; Assist more experienced technicians with additional repairs and diagnostics as you continue to develop skills; Help keep vehicles well maintained and reliable; Support vehicle availability and ensure customers have a safe, dependable rental experience

Requirements

Valid Driver's License; At least 6 months of auto maintenance experience or automotive technical school coursework; Ability to obtain at least 1 ASE certification within the first year; Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels; Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry; Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles; Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States; This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice to have

6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of an automotive technical school program
