Field Service Representative (Contract)

ConductorAI is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) contractor to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Customer and Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy the Conduit platform to address our customers' most complex challenges. As an FSR, you will work directly with analysts and operators to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Directly supporting users around the globe, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts; Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators; Support users and teams by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues; Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product; Partner with Customer and Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy the Conduit platform; Work directly with analysts and operators to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire; US citizenship required by applicable federal law and government contract obligations (ITAR/EAR); Experience configuring software platforms in support of operational processes; Technical background with working knowledge of software configuration, classified networks, and server administration; Familiarity with large language models, advanced prompting techniques, and genuine interest in being on the cutting edge of this technology; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down and demonstrate complex concepts clearly across audiences; Willingness to work on-site with customer users 4-5 days per week; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience working in or supporting classified environments; Familiarity with help desk or technical support workflows; CI polygraph preferred, but not required; Desired: Military, Special Operations, or law enforcement experience; Familiarity with intelligence workflows and/or J2 users; Active access to CCMD and J2 customer environments, relationships, and facilities
