Food & Beverage Mgr. Marriott Hotel - Seasonal

The Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Seasonal Food & Beverage Manager to lead and support our Food & Beverage operations during our peak seasonal period. This position is responsible for the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, as applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations for restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service; Supervise, coach, and support Food & Beverage associates and leaders; Ensure service, cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards are consistently maintained; Assist with menu planning, product quality, presentation, and overall outlet execution; Support the achievement of Food & Beverage revenue, labor, and profitability goals; Create memorable guest experiences through genuine, personalized, and attentive service; Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints; Support departmental forecasting, budgeting, and financial objectives; Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, associates, and other departments; Support hotel-wide initiatives and operational priorities.

Requirements

Previous Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment; Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or room service operations; Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Strong guest service mindset with a passion for hospitality; Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service; Ability to analyze operational and financial information and make sound business decisions; Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require; Willingness to participate in Task Force assignments from May 1 through September 1, if selected for the opportunity; A positive, hands-on leadership style with a commitment to creating exceptional guest and associate experiences.
