Food Runner/ Part Time

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Room Service Runner to join our team! Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms. They are responsible for ensuring accurate food orders as well as timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Taking guests' orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms; Ensuring accurate food orders and timely delivery; Being familiar with menus, ingredients, methods of preparation, wine list, and hours of operation; Having thorough knowledge of room layout and property amenities; Collecting orders from the kitchen, ensuring they are prepared correctly, and promptly delivering them to guest rooms; Submitting signed checks and reconciling daily sales; Assisting with collection and proper breakdown of Room Service trays and other food and beverage items; Practicing proper service etiquette; Delivering courteous, professional service; Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
