Full or Part Time Care Assistant

At Care By Us (Part of the CCH Group), we are looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Stevenage branch. This is a community-based role traveling to support clients within a 5-mile radius of Stevenage. You'll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect. Full, paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

Helping vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes; Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care); Medication support (preparation and administration); Mobility support (including the safe use of aids and equipment); Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks, and feeding if required); Light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning); Companionship (building meaningful relationships and emotional support)

Requirements

Full driving licence and access to own vehicle; Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered); Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others; Reliability and a naturally caring nature; Willingness to learn new skills; Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
