Full Time Cook

As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests. We are looking for cooks that are available on a full time basis, and can work a mixture of mornings, afternoons, nights and overnights.

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment; Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience; Good understanding of food safety concerns; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Availability for full time work across mornings, afternoons, nights and overnights
