General Management Position: The following general description applies to all Assistant Management Positions. Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically General Managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural. You'll need some skills - judgment, math and the ability to multi-task. General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!

Responsibilities

Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers; manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift; responsible for all store operations; cost control; inventory control; cash control; customer relations; set the tone and example for the store

Requirements

Judgment; math; ability to multi-task; experience leading a team; clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver's license; being a great role model
