Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business! General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store; Lead team; Set high standards for customer service; Maintain exceptional product quality standards; Train and develop a team; Make employee schedules; Place store food orders and maintain inventory; Keep store employees in proper image; Respond to customer concerns; Answer all store calls after the first ring

Requirements

At least 18 years old; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment; Ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Valid U.S. employment authorization; Friendly; Works well with others; Works well under stress of high paced environment; Organized; Efficient in time management; Must work weekends; Ability to multitask; Flexible with a minimum of 5 closing nights a week including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, non-negotiable; Motivational skills; Enthusiastic; Ability to train and develop a team; Ability to make employee schedules; Ability to place store food orders and maintain inventory; Ability to keep store employees in proper image; Ability to respond to customer concerns; Must follow Team Sharma Domino's Policies; Must work together as a team; Must answer all store calls after the first ring; Exceptional product above all; Physical requirements including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching
