General Manager (4204) - 1169 Nimmo Pkwy

Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Essential job functions include team leadership, operations and inventory, customer and product focus, and non-negotiable schedule requirements including working weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team; Set high standards for customer service; Maintain exceptional product quality standards; Make employee schedules, place store food orders, and maintain inventory; Respond promptly to customer concerns; Keep store employees in proper image; Answer all store calls after the first ring; Follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies and work together as a team

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm; Organized and efficient in time management; Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies and work together as a team; Must meet physical requirements including standing/walking, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, bending/reaching, occasional crouching/squatting, infrequent stairs/ladder use, and pushing/pulling trays up to 7.5 pounds of force

Nice to have

Prior management experience is a plus; Preferred restaurant experience
