Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including: Leading their team. Setting high standards for customer service. Maintain exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

Leading their team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining exceptional product quality standards; Training and developing a team; Making employee schedules, placing store food orders, and maintaining inventory; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Keeping store employees in proper image; Answering all store calls after the first ring; Following Team Sharma Domino's Policies and working together as a team

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S. employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm; Organized and efficient in time management; Ability to train and develop a team; Able to make employee schedules, place store food orders, and maintain inventory; Ensure exceptional product quality; Able to respond promptly to customer concerns; Keep store employees in proper image; All store calls must be answered after the first ring; Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino's Policies and work together as a team; Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting cases up to 50 pounds, carrying bulk items, bending, reaching, crouching, squatting, and occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder
