Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including: Leading their team. Setting high standards for customer service. Maintain exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

Leading their team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining exceptional product quality standards; Training and developing a team; Making employee schedules; Placing store food orders; Maintaining inventory; Ensuring exceptional product quality above all; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Keeping store employees in proper image; Answering all store calls after the first ring; Following Team Sharma Domino's Policies and working together as a team; Working weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm; Organized and efficient in time management; Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Standing and walking; Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Carrying bulk items, such as 30 pounds of pizza sauce, and three trays of pizza dough at a time (approx. 12 pounds per tray); Bending and reaching; Occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls or lift/lower objects to and from shelves; Occasional crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas; Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance; Pushing and pulling trays on dollies (requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force)

Prior management experience is a plus; Preferred restaurant experience
