Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking menu items to order with consistency, care, and flair; Nailing portion control, presentation, and quality every single time; Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action; Stocking and prepping ingredients so service never misses a beat; Working orders with speed and precision, even when the heat is on; Communicating like a pro with your team and with guests; Following safety and sanitation procedures like second nature

Requirements

Experience on the grill or line; A friendly, guest-first attitude and strong communication skills; The ability to stay cool, calm, and quick in a fast-paced kitchen; A polished, professional appearance and pride in your uniform; ServSafe Alcohol Awareness Certification; A solid handle on food safety and handling procedures
