GTM AI Builder

UFORCE is looking for a GTM AI Builder to help go-to-market teams get more done with AI, focusing primarily on Marketing and Military Exercises, with additional support for Sales and Revenue Operations. The role is a hands-on position for an AI-native business operator who identifies valuable problems, builds practical tools and automations, and helps teams make them part of everyday work. Deep software-engineering experience and prior knowledge of UFORCE's GTM model are not required. UFORCE is a defence-technology company founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

Responsibilities

Build an AI-first Marketing operating model by redesigning recurring content and campaign workflows using reusable templates and systems, with approved messaging, claims, quality controls, and human approvals at the center; Improve how Military Exercises operates by identifying high-friction recurring work and building AI-enabled workflows for planning, coordination, participant and contact capture, preparation, follow-up, after-action insights, and handoffs into GTM systems; Help make GTM intelligence useful in everyday work by partnering with the AI team on UFORCE's GTM intelligence and People Graph, including activity capture, account and contact context, engagement signals, CRM enrichment, and follow-up; Add hands-on execution capacity for Sales and RevOps by independently delivering small-to-medium improvements in reporting, closed-lost analysis, engagement scoring, CRM and data quality, follow-up, workflow automation, and enablement; Turn useful solutions into normal ways of working by owning testing, rollout, lightweight training, and adoption reinforcement, measuring before-and-after impact, reusing shared data and capabilities, avoiding tool sprawl, and deciding when to improve, scale, or stop a solution

Requirements

Hands-on AI building: use AI deeply in own work and have personally built useful tools, agents, automations, analyses, or workflows, with evidence of how they reached users and what changed; Business judgment and rapid learning: quickly make sense of unfamiliar Marketing, Sales, RevOps, or exercise workflows and build credibility with functional experts; Problem discovery and independent ownership: identify underlying problems, challenge assumptions, prioritize high-value opportunities, and redesign work rather than simply automating requests; Technical and CRM/data fluency: work with structured business data and AI-assisted technical tools, understand CRM concepts, entities and IDs, APIs and integrations, permissions, data quality, and source-of-truth boundaries, and read and verify AI-generated code or workflows; Adoption, enablement, and cross-functional influence: explain new tools to non-technical users, help people change how they work, and address resistance or poor adoption; Practical prioritization and responsible AI judgment: know when a lightweight solution is enough, handle customer, pipeline, contact, meeting, and company information carefully, and apply human review and access controls

Nice to have

Experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, or another hands-on operating role with GTM exposure; Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, low-code workflows, and/or Notion; Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, including account, contact, opportunity, activity, and pipeline data; Familiarity with data analysis, dashboards or BI, SQL, APIs, or scripting; Experience with content and campaign operations, sales intelligence, activity capture, enablement, forecasting and reporting, or event and exercise workflows; Experience in a fast-growing company where GTM systems and processes were still being built
