Guest Operations Associate

Join an early-stage hospitality technology team expanding across Europe. You will manage guest operations and help turn real-world cases into clear, scalable processes.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

Support guests throughout their journey, from booking inquiries through check-out, using AI support while taking ownership of decisions.; Coordinate tasks and priorities across remote teams, customers, and external service providers.; Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.; Build and improve operational processes based on guest cases and day-to-day experience.

Requirements

Native German speaker with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.; A completed university degree in business administration, communications, economics, or a comparable field.; Experience in guest operations, customer service, or hospitality operations, including handling inquiries, bookings, check-ins, or check-outs.; Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing operational priorities under time pressure.; A structured, analytical approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.; Background in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or property operations is relevant. The role suits candidates with approximately 1 to 10 or more years of experience.
