Guest Services Agent (part-time)

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions. Maintaining Pyramid Global Hospitality's high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions; Maintain Pyramid Global Hospitality's high standards of service and hospitality; Handle guest check-ins and outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner; Utilize a thorough working knowledge of the reservation system and procedures, take reservations, and know cancellation procedures and policies; Resolve guest challenges and take appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction; Process customer payments according to established procedures and policies including proper cash handling and credit card authorizations; Communicate efficiently with other departments of the hotel to support special requests, late checkouts, maintenance needs, and guest concerns; Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations and prepare for group arrivals and departures; Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times; Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management

Requirements

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are required; Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
