Responsibilities

Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department; Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff; Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas; Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping; Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams

Requirements

Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career; Enjoy developing employees – management experience is beneficial; Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy; Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English; Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
