Implementations Configuration Specialist - Canada

Reporting into the Head of Dealer Implementations, the Implementations Configuration Specialist plays an integral role in ensuring Dealer Partners' Program configuration requirements are met appropriately for a successful launch. In this role, you will help to collect relevant information through Dealership personnel, their associates and vendors, while owning the application of related configurations and integration programming against achievable launch timelines. Dealer Implementations receives and cares for net-new Dealer Partners as well as product upsells to existing Dealer Partners that originate through the Sales organization, ensuring all aspects of their Program with AutoFi are configured for a successful launch, from basic configurations/feature enablement through complex integrations and related testing.

Responsibilities

Participate in and contribute to a collaborative, accountable team environment; Own the technical configuration and integration of AutoFi's products for assigned Dealer Partner implementations; Manage a concurrent workload of approximately 13–20 implementations; Collaborate with Dealer Onboarding Specialists and internal stakeholders to establish achievable launch timelines and identify dependencies; Serve as a technical point of contact for Dealer Partners, their representatives, and third-party vendors; Manage assigned technical implementation needs through resolution, maintaining case documentation and stakeholder communication; Apply and validate product configurations and integrations using APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies; Independently review and test completed configurations and integrations before transitioning to QA; Perform initial troubleshooting of configuration and integration issues and escalate complex issues when necessary; Partner with QA resources to investigate and resolve identified defects; Proactively communicate implementation progress, risks, delays, and capacity constraints; Complete post-launch configuration adjustments, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up activities; Develop and maintain proficiency in AutoFi's product suite and provide informed recommendations to optimize program configurations; Maintain accurate implementation records, configuration specifications, and testing documentation

Requirements

2-3 years of experience working with SaaS platforms, technical configurations, system integrations, or related implementation activities; Technical aptitude and comfort working with software configurations, system settings, integrated applications and AI Agents; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with ability to review and validate work for accuracy, completeness, and expected functionality; Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with ability to manage a high volume of concurrent assignments and competing deadlines; Ability to contribute to realistic implementation timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and consistently deliver on commitments; Strong ownership and accountability, with ability to work independently and recognize when escalation or additional support is required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of work

Nice to have

Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Regex; Hands-on experience using API testing tools such as Postman; Experience working with third-party integrations, external vendors, or cross-functional implementation teams; Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, business models, and technology ecosystems
