Line Manager – Database Services (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Line Manager to support the Database Services team within FDJ UNITED's Infrastructure Platform organisation. The team designs, implements, and maintains databases across test and production environments. This is a one-year maternity leave cover. The Line Manager will supervise and evaluate employee contribution, performance, and development, lead around 10 engineers, and work closely with the Database Product Manager, Line Managers, and Product Managers.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10 highly skilled engineers; Develop, coach, and help team members reach their full potential through clear targets and guidance; Foster a strong partnership with the Product Manager to guarantee smooth and effective collaboration; Be responsible for resource planning; Retain top talent and maintain team competence; Attract and recruit top talent; Foster a healthy, collaborative culture aligned with FDJ UNITED's values; Collaborate with other Line Managers to continuously evolve our culture and organisation
