Pizza Maker / Assistant Manager

You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. It's a tough job that needs judgment, math and the ability to multitask. You'll be working for a company that's fun and flexible. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift; Cost controls; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Staffing; Paperwork; Food management; Working to a schedule; Maintaining perfect image and adherence to standards; Store cleanliness; Marketing; Profitability; Operate all equipment; Stock ingredients; Prepare product; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Clean equipment and facility; Deliver product by car to customer's door; Deliver flyers and door hangers

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Must be able to make correct monetary change; Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers; Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards; Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions
