As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner; Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns; Provide product information and recommendations; Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system; Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area; Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations; Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Basic math skills for cash handling; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent problem-solving abilities; Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; Consent to background check; Must be 16+ years of age to legally (State Law) operate Pizza Ovens; Ability to commute to Eagan, MN 55122; Available to work on Wednesdays through Sundays

Nice to have

Previous experience in the food industry; Knowledge of POS system; Some food service or kitchen experience
