We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead high-performing teams within a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production management activities to ensure operational continuity, safety, quality, and productivity goals; Apply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation; Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs; Utilize PDCA methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for deviations; Develop and implement tactical production plans aligned with operational objectives; Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work implementation; Coordinate shop floor activities while ensuring compliance with production and quality standards; Lead personnel development, coaching, and training initiatives for production teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes; Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; Knowledge of waste analysis and process optimization; Experience in staff training and development; Familiarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation; Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives; Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting; Intermediate English proficiency; Availability to work rotating shifts

Nice to have

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF standards; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies
