Production Team Lead

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading a production team to deliver safety, quality, and performance targets; Looking after the CNC Machine Shop; Manage and develop a team of 15 employees, including Line Leaders and Cell Leaders; Hold appraisals and disciplinaries; Monitor productivity, quality, and OEE, taking corrective action where required; Lead team briefings, share key business updates, and promote a positive working environment; Work closely with other departments to resolve issues, improve performance, and achieve operational objectives while maintaining Health & Safety standards

Requirements

Proven experience in leading a Production Team; Experience with CNC Machines – Essential; Experienced within manufacturing or production environments

Machinig, precision engineering or CNC
