Production Worker - Pre-weight

As Manufacturing Production Workers - Pre-weight, you will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment.

Responsibilities

Supply materials to production lines based on the WO request correctly; Double check the number of raw materials after weighing to ensure compliance with the WO request; Clean and maintain 5S and safety conditions of pre-weight area to ensure compliance with HSE the policy; Maintain equipment related (electronic scales, material containers, label Siren ...); Comply with the policy of the EHS; Support other departments; Run the Mill machine according to SOP and suitable for each type of product; Check production schedules to ensure there are no non-FTQ due to cleaning issue; Reported abnormal products or unsafe problems to Leader or Shift leader for correction; Directly report to Production Shift Leader

Requirements

High school or Intermediate's mechanical engineering is referable; 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment; Teamwork is high, the job done on time regulations; Active and observant; Hotkey can work overtime; Continuous improvement mindset
