Responsibilities

Preparation and certification of contractor bills; Quantity take-off and quantity verification from drawings; Cost estimation, budgeting, and BOQ preparation; Rate analysis and variation statement preparation; Vendor billing and subcontractor bill verification; Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget compliance; Coordination with project execution teams for billing and commercial matters; Preparation of MIS reports and project commercial documentation

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing; Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects; Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis, and contract management; Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software; Good communication and coordination skills; B.E. / B.Tech (Civil); 7-8 Years in QS & Billing
