Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. Some roles require an active certification, but if you're not certified yet, we'll help you find your path to getting there.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities; Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA; Implement behavior strategies; Collect data; Build consistent relationships that help kids grow

Requirements

Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity; Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one; Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings; Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids; Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools; Can keep up physically, getting on the floor, moving around, staying active (able to lift ~50 lbs); Are at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check
