Resident Assistant I | CNA or HHA

This is a broad-scoped caregiver position. The Resident Assistant has full responsibility for direct resident care, including: Assists resident with activities of daily living (ADLs) including all personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting); Makes appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction; Records and follows up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner; Assists residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed.

Requirements

Demonstrated caregiving experience; Current CNA license or HHA (Home Health Aide) certificate; Legally authorized to work in the United States; Willing to take criminal background check; Availability to work shifts between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM
