Room Attendant

Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center sits next to the eponymous shopping center in Oak Brook, Illinois. We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Guest Room Attendant. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make our guests' experience a memorable one.

Requirements

Experienced; customer service-oriented; keen eye for detail; respect the importance that impeccably clean guest room and supplies have in a hotel; not shy away from physical work; organizational and time management skills; flexibility to work a variety of different days and weekends

Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel
