Senior Account Strategist - Donut Studios

Donut Studios is the in-house creative studio of New Engen, a digital marketing agency. The studio crafts high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for brands. The Senior Account Strategist supports client relationships, coordinates creative workflows, translates performance insights into action, supports creative testing, prepares client-facing reports, and drives organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Support client relationships and account execution by partnering with Account Strategists and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams; Coordinate creative workflows and deliverables by organizing and tracking creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates; Translate performance insights into action by assisting in campaign performance analysis and identifying optimization opportunities; Support creative testing and optimization efforts, including landing page optimization, and document learnings; Prepare client-facing reports and presentations and ensure their accuracy and quality; Drive organization and follow-through by participating in client calls and internal meetings, capturing notes, and tracking action items

Requirements

3-5 years of agency or in house experience across paid social digital marketing for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once; Effective communicator, capable of relaying clear updates and feedback to both clients and team members; A proactive attitude with a love for collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment; Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Slack

Nice to have

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends; Experience with sports betting or tech industries and clients
