What will your tasks involve?

• Commercial Insights: Dive deep into our revenue metrics to uncover exactly how variations in product mix and average selling prices (ASP) shape our results.

• Campaign & Pricing ROI: Quantify the real-world financial effects of our marketing campaigns, discount structures, and pricing strategies to measure their true impact on net sales.

• Financial Accounting: Take ownership of our reporting cycle by delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that strictly align with IFRS and HGB frameworks.

• Ledger Management: Safeguard our financials by rigorously reviewing and executing critical postings across profit & loss (P&L) and balance sheet accounts.

• Reconciliations: Ensure all financial pieces fit together flawlessly by conducting comprehensive general ledger, subledger, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Strategic Planning: Act as the financial compass during budgeting and forecasting for our commercial teams. You will dissect variances (actuals vs. budget, year-over-year comparisons) and pinpoint the main drivers behind our costs.

• Reporting: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable reports for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.

• Process Innovation: Be a catalyst for change by spotting operational bottlenecks and rolling out smarter, more efficient financial workflows.

• Risk & Compliance: Act as the guardian of our financial integrity, ensuring we strictly adhere to financial regulations and internal control policies.
