Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our established Ellenbrook WA clinic, contributing to a high-performing multidisciplinary team and providing best-practice clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services; Support and mentor junior clinicians; Contribute to service quality, governance, and continuous improvement; Progress toward leadership opportunities within a structured organisation

Requirements

A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy; Current AHPRA registration; Experience working with paediatric and/or disability caseloads; Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice; The ability to support, mentor, or informally lead clinicians; A collaborative and professional approach to service delivery
