Server Assistant

Busses, cleans, and resets tables promptly, notifying the host when tables are ready for seating. Maintains clean, organized, and fully stocked tables and service stations by practicing clean as you go techniques. Provides water to guests upon seating and delivers prompt, polite, and courteous service. Assists servers by running food and beverages and supporting overall table service as needed. Completes all assigned pre-shift and side work, including rolling silverware. Delivers dishes and unloads trays in the dish machine area while keeping the dish pit clean and organized. Maintains knowledge of daily specials and menu offerings.

Requirements

WA Food Handler Card; Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication skills; Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.
