Shift Manager - Spokane Valley

The chief responsibility of Shift Managers for Domino's is to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. Shift Managers must be adaptable and self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Domino's is looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced yet fun working environment and can help maintain a positive crew morale.

Responsibilities

Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant; Prepare pizzas and deliver orders to designated places; Drop off nightly deposits and complete paperwork when the General Manager is not around; Count inventory and supplies on a nightly basis; Analyze labor and sales on a continual basis; Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards; Supervise employees and delegate tasks; Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members; Prepare and package food products in a presentable manner; Clean and maintain the store and its equipment; Rotate and properly mark expiration dates of commissary deliveries 3x weekly

Requirements

At least 18 years of age or legally able to work 30+ hours a week; Ability to work Night shift 5pm to 1am/2am on weekends or Day Shift 9am to 6:30pm/8pm on weekends; Enthusiastic and willing to learn; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Ability to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams; Strong communication and problem solving skills; Customer service oriented; Ability to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies; Willingness to learn and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed; Cash management, people management and time management skills; Adaptable and self-motivated with a passion for customer service; Ability to prepare pizzas and deliver to designated places; Ability to drop off nightly deposits and do paperwork when the General Manager is not around

Nice to have

Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
