Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-powered features that are simple to use and deliver real value to customers.; Write clean, scalable, reusable code and uphold engineering best practices: code reviews, unit testing, and automated test coverage that keeps releases stable and production-ready.; Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements, and own your work end to end from design and implementation through test automation and delivery.; Design software and APIs that customers can easily extend and customize to meet their specific needs.; Build accessible, performant, componentized user interfaces that work consistently across web, workspace and mobile experiences.; Investigate and resolve customer-reported defects and escalations, finding root causes across client, server and platform layers.; Help design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.

Requirements

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.; 2+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language, and strong JavaScript skills.; A passion for the Web as a platform, reusability and componentization, with experience in a modern UI framework such as Angular, React or Vue.; Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.; Experience building or consuming REST APIs. Exposure to generative AI or LLM-based features (prompting, grounding, evaluating output quality) is a plus.; Experience with test automation and a strong quality mindset, plus a working understanding of web accessibility.; Strong analytical, debugging and design skills.; Working knowledge of everyday tools: IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration and Unix tools.
