Spa Attendant

We are seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for our guests while supporting the daily operations of the spa. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor while maintaining high standards of appearance and conduct; Serve as a liaison to support spa staff and ensure smooth daily operations; Maintain a thorough knowledge of spa services, products, hours of operation, and daily activities; Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are fully stocked and readily available at all times; Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness spaces, and linen rooms; Perform housekeeping and laundry duties, including cleaning, washing, folding, stocking, and organizing linens and terry; Handle guest requests promptly and courteously to ensure a seamless experience; Address guest concerns in accordance with spa procedures to ensure satisfaction and resolution; Collaborate with team members across departments to support overall operations

Requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain consistent attendance; Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a calm, courteous, and professional approach; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively; Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Sound judgment and problem-solving skills; Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams; Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods; Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs; Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of guest and spa information; Adherence to all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures; Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day; Must be able to walk on uneven and wet or slippery surfaces; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop and reach; Constantly stand for long periods (up to 4 hours)
