Speech Language Pathologist, Wolfson's Rehab Fleming Island Jacksonville, FL

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Speech Language Pathologist to our Wolfson's Rehab Team in Fleming Island Jacksonville, FL. This position is full-time, day shift at our Wolfson Clay Clinic in Fleming Island (southern Clay County).

Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats patients of all diagnoses; Provides extensive patient/family education; Participates in multidisciplinary team care with other rehab professionals, nursing, physicians, dietitians, social services, respiratory, support staff, etc.; Works in a fast-paced setting requiring good time management, detailed documentation skills in the EMR, self-directed work, and effective communication skills

Requirements

Master of Science or Master of Arts; Licensed Speech Language Pathologist; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence; Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Nice to have

1 or more years experience working in an outpatient setting; Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies
