Responsibilities

Design and implement features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and monitoring; Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews; Break down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and execute independently; Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions; Contribute to architectural decisions within your team's scope of ownership; Debug and resolve complex production issues, including on-call rotation participation; Mentor junior engineers (IC1/IC2) through pairing, code review, and design discussions; Contribute to and champion engineering best practices (testing, documentation, CI/CD); Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives as an active contributor

Requirements

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience; 1+ year of practical experience with AI/ML-powered features, agentic systems, or LLM-based tooling; Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.; Experience designing and building scalable backend services or full-stack applications; Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals; Experience with REST/API-driven development and integration patterns; Track record of owning features from design to production; Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex, distributed systems; Exposure to AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
