Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts by managing interview logistics, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Create detailed and complex candidate interview schedules; Prepare for virtual and onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and ordering any necessary food; Manage and communicate any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team; Continually update HR statuses of candidates and new hires in the applicant tracking system; Assist other TAC team members as needed; Support recruitment efforts by managing interview logistics, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed; Proactive time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and follow-through skills with high attention to detail; Trusted with confidential information.

Nice to have

Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is a plus; Prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred
